How long before the USCIS cashes the check fee for AOS? It's been 10 days and they haven't cashed our check fee.

Your guess is as good as anyone's. USCIS has been swamped with applications lately so it may take a while. It took about a month for my checks to be cashed.

There is masive delay in processing case since the fee increase.... USCIS are giving updates on their website..

Mine took a month too and there are some who filed before you with their checks, as of yet, remained uncashed.

Sit back and wait... that's all you can do right now.

I sent my checks (I-485 and biometrics) on 7/26. They cashed the I-485 check on 8/20. Chicago mistakenly returned the biometrics check 8/27. I returned it to my local USCIS office on 8/28. They sent it to Chicago lost it. I sent a replacement check 10/11. Unfortunately, you may have a wait of weeks or even months.
