Hi,

I filed a I130 planning on using household income because of my family size to meet req,now with the k3 i have to use co-sponsor instead. How does this work where would i put household income info . Instead of me filling my info do i put co-sponsor info how do i prepare the finan cial part its a form that has to be signed etc. Do they have to show b/c staus in us for the k3 co sponsor. Im not going with joint just want to use additioanl household income?.

Any suggestions how this work

Oh forgot i had some gaps between employment and place of residence on my g325 a form, does this cause a problem with denials, i was reading the process somewhere and it didnt state that , a lady told me as long as i did my best it does not disqualify my petition. What they look for is supporting evidence and other major factors, not so much where u lived and are particular about gap dates.i could not remember all dates of employment in 5 years exact.

you have to fill out your own I-134 and one from the co-sponsor. if you did not file tax return then you have to give them a written response for that. good luck.

Do not leave any gaps in the place of residence dates. Gaps in employment are perfectly fine.

Although this makes me wonder what someone would do if they had been homeless for a period of time in the past five years... That's not why you have gaps is it? If it isn't, then definitely don't leave gaps. In the past five years, I spent some time in a college dorm and a college-owned apt, but I also spent a lot of at home and had that as my permanent address, so I just put my parents' home address for that whole period instead of breaking it down into minute detail.

Hi everyone, I am a new user in this website, but been wondering around for months. I am a little scared because I have been working for my dad for the past 4 years, and this he does not give me a w2. So I have never in my life had an income tax return filed. I am 23 years old, and have no proof of income. Should I put my father as the sponsor?? If you are wondering, my dad has a construction business, where I do the bookkeeping for his buiness.

So you have you earned above the threshold for filing and haven't paid any taxes then? That's not good.
