Day 138 for me....still nothing

I filed on May 31 at TSC and my petition was transferred to CSC. I received my NOA1 many months later but according to my online USCIS profile, the date of NOA1 was June 12. So it has been 138 days today since I filed, 126 days since NOA1. I'm getting VERY fed up with this just like the rest of you all!

Will someone please tell me how to view the recent approvals on VJ? I can't find the proper way to narrow the search down to just this week's approvals.

3-11-06: Met online

4-4-07: Engaged:)

5-31-07: K-1 package mailed

6-5-07: Signature of receipt at TSC

6-12-07: NOA1 notice mailed from CSC

6-15-07: Check clears bank

6-16-07: Bank shows that check has been cashed.

6-18-07: Obtained receipt number off the back of the check and registered on the USCIS site

6-18-07: USCIS portfolio states packet received at CSC on June 12 and notice has been mailed

7-12-07: Touch due to phone call to USCIS

7-16-07: Received NOA1 hardcopy

9-25-07: Called USCIS

9-26-07: Touch-probably due to phone call yesterday

10-29-07: NOA2!!

10-30-07: Touch

10-31-07: Touch

11-1-07: Touch

11-11-07: Touch

12-28-07: Medical

2-19-08: Interview date- Passed!

4-26-08: US entry in Dallas, Texas

5-17-08: Wedding date--Finally Married!

guess what, I called on monday.. csc, and operator she is told, my office she is in vacation ..... hahaha

06/12/07----sending The package to NSC

06/15/07---- Received at NSC

06/25/07---- TOUCHED

07/02/07---- TOUCHED and it conformed they received my Mail on 06/25/07 at CSC!

07/20/07---- TOUCHED and a lady said it still Pending..

08/06/07---- TOUCHED

08/29/07 OMG I am just keep TOUCHING... :lol:

09/26/07 TOUCHED CSC ... Nothing yet :(

09/28/07 sending a fax to congressman at 00:06 A.M.

10/31/07 JUST Called CSC TODAY, my Case Is under Officer reviewing... RIGHT ONNNNNN

11/05/07 RFE!!!! AFTER ABOUT 4 MONTH RFE? WHAT FOR? WHY SO LATE? #######

11/26/07 Approved WooHooo

11/30/07 NO2 hardcopy has been received yo yo

12/10/07 Transferred to NVC as of today 12/17/07. NVC telephone line is a hack of busy!

12/14/07 NV received the case

12/18/07 called and conformed the nvc case number and case have been send to ankara u.s. embassy

01/17/08 Received Appointment Letter Damn slow while they send it thro USPS

02/10/09 Approval Letter. ouiiiiii

02/20/09 Recived The Permanent Resident card

Am hoping to get the approval before end of Oct..thats a big hope!

It sucks that you are hoping to get approved before the end of October, considering that fact that when you filed, you probably were hoping to get approved in August or September at the lastest. That is what I thought at least. :blink:

In addition, people who filed way after you can get approved way before you. How totally frustrating!!!

True..Very true...and some of them indeed got approved in Aug/Sep timeframe who had applied along with me..My hope was based on the 6 month timeline rather than the actual processing time on this forum and its totally frustrating watching others who applied later get approved....makes me think CSC or other service centers somehow sort applications by country or nationality(of fiancee) and then prioritize them...just my conspiracy mind at work here!!!
