Hello everyone!

Well Im going straight to the point, I live down here in Miami and My wife had Her Biometrics Appointment a couple

of weeks ago, She has Dermatitis in one of her hands so her fingerprints in that hand are really hard to notice, at the time

on the Apointment they check her hand and they gave her The Ok to take her fingerprints.

Last week we receive a letter saying that the FBI couldn't ready her finger prints so she has to take them again.

Heres my question She's going to have the same problem when she takes her fingerprints again, has anyone had the same problem?

is there a phone number to call then and ask what is there to do in this case?

thanks for all your help!

Others have had this same experience, only to be required to get local police reports in lieu of biometrics fingerprinting. If you need to talk to someone about this - the best resource is Infopass to your local office.

Hopefully others who have gone through this will come along & share their experiences.
