Proof of Employement letter for I-864? Who should it be addressed to?

I live in Florida. I am preparing the Proof of EMployment for I-864 process. Who should the proof of employment shoul dbe addressed to?

BTW, can any send the cover letter for the I-864?

Can I fill out the I-864 ahead of time and take the bar code from the mailed I-864 document and use it with the one that I have prepared. Thanks

Our employment letter went something like this:

"To Whom It May Concern:

John Smith has been employed at ABC Co. since January 15, 2005, in the position of General Manager, at a salary of $50,000 per year. This position is considered permanent, and not temporary.

If you require any further information, please feel free to contact me.

Sincerely,

Betty Jones

Human Resources Manager"

It should be on company letterhead.
