Regarding biometric appointment, do I have to show up at the exact appointment time or can they process me earlier if I were to arrive an hour before the the appointment time?

Also, does anyone have experience in getting biometrics done at Syracuse office? How long does it take?

Thanks,

Charles

Several have reported that they were able to do a walk-in with the appointment letter even though it wasn't their assigned date. It most likely will depend on the local office. It can't hurt to give it a shot, good luck

I went in early for my appointment, but not too early. It was set for 1:00 p.m. in St. Louis. I just wanted to give myself extra time to find parking etc. so I got there about 45 min. early. Lucky for me, as there was no one there during the lunch hour (applicants) and I got in right away. Took only 5 minutes. When I left, there were hoards of people waiting. I suspect they were all told to be there at 1:00 pm. Can't speak to the Syracuse office though. Hopefully someone will post their experience there.
