I-134 Form

I read this here that someone had also sent in the I134 form as well with their I129F packet. Tell me this isnt needed right now. We had heard that it wasnt needed initially. Also, if not initially, when does the I134 need to be sent in? and to whom?

No you don't send the I134 in with the initial petition. It goes later to the embassy unless requested earlier for some reason.
