I filed a I-130 for my wife and it was recieved at Texas USCIS according to Tracking at post office on 25 Sept 2007. But they still have not cashed the check i sent.. Is this a bad sign and should I be worried??? I am so worried I did something wrong and I want this to go as fast and smooth as possible. Could someone tell me if they think i should be worried???

No worries! we sent ours on Sept. 5th.

The check hasn't been cashed yet and still no NOA1.

There are some VJ'rs that filed their petitions on August and

still no NOA1. It sucks! really sucks!
