I never used regular mail for any important visa correspondence during our processing.

I used FedEx but that was to the UK. I would suggest you and your fiance' use whatever express courier service is most reliable to your area and not worry about the cost. What is the cost to you of non-visa issuance on the day of your interview?

I guess its US postal.. Well, visa for us is very important the only thing that I need to have just to be together again...
