My Myla is home and I now feel complete. Picked her up with my brother at the San Francisco International Airport October 3. PAL arrived an hour earlier so we didnt wait that long and she did well with the immigration and custom sections. . it was a breeze. From then, everything is moving fast. We had our flight back to Florida ( Tampa) Oct 6 via LA and Austin, Texas.. lost a bag but was delivered early the following day. She met my two sons ( 5 &6), and they just run up to her and hugged her ( they are chatmates ). Second week, have to travel to Orlando for work and for her to meet the other members of the family. Oct 9 was her bridal shower organized by my sister and they had a blast. Back to our home, and now back in Orlando again for my work. I think Im dragging her around, lol ( part of the job) but she doesnt complain at alland well, we have a date with disneyland on Wednesday . We also attended a welcome party for a fellow Filipina who arrived a week earlier than her, a couple also from Fl whom we met from this site. We had a great time eating my favourite lumpia, adobo etc and meeting the other nice Filipina ladies and their families.

Everything is just perfect :dance:

Now, getting busy again preparing for the November wedding.

August 20, 2010 - NOA1 received

October 4, 2010 - Biometrics

January 3, 2011 - Permanent 10 yr. Green Card Received.

2007-10-10 **CASE COMPLETED at NVC

2007-11-15 **INTERVIEW DATE. APPROVED at USEM!!!

2007-12-10 **Visit to SSA

Received biometrics letter 05-10-07

Biometrics sked 06-1-07 @ Charlotte, NC

Transferred to CSC 06-01-07

CRIS email confirming transfer to CSC 06-08-07

Touched 06-10-07 (Someone is working on a sunday)

EAD approval 7-9 (CRIS email received 7-14)

AOS 1st touched 7-17 pm since transfer to CSC

AOS 2nd touched 7-18 am

AOS 3rd touched 7-19 around 9am then around 12:48 CRIS email came AOS card prodution!

AOS 4th touched 7-20 9:27am Welcome letter

AOS welcome letter in the mail 7/21

EAD card received 7/21

Green card received 7/26

Immigration free till 7/18/09

And then the wait.....

*** ps didn't apply for SS id or driver's permit not until 8 days before my I-94 expired and was told to wait for my EAD or greencard which ever comes first huh!
