Is it really necessary to present my fiance's original divorce decrees? I was asking him if he submitted the original copy of his divorce decree at CSC and he said yes. He retained a photo copy of it.

It took 1 week to get it and we are running out of time. He will send his photo copy to me I'm so worried.... Does the CSC will send our papers to USEM?

It is necessary to have the court certified divorce finals at the interview. I sent Claudeth mine and even made copies and the embassy made more copies.

I went back to the court and got a certified copy which was stamped with the clerk of the court's seal and a date. I made copies of that. The embassy looked at the original and also made copies of it for their records.
