My k-1 visa final interview was suspended due to the fact that my I-394 affidavid was not notarized and didnt include

2006 tax returns.

I dont have to appear at the embassy again,only courier in my passport and forms.

Does this mean there'll be no problems after that if forms are acceptable?

how did the interview go? did the interviewer tell you it was ok? if they want the papers only it should be fine. did they specifically tell you to send in your passport along with the papers? if they did it's probably for the visa. i would send in all the right papers and not worry about it.

Well the interviewer lady was NOT nice at all,,,had over 40 questions.

She said "For the visa to be issued we need the affidavit of s form notarized and my fiances 2006 Tax returns,put inside my passport and get them couriered to the US Embassy'

The only other thing she said was,,,if im a protestant(in which i dont practice)and my fiancee catholic(no practice)..."How is that going to

work out?" in which I replied with "I dont know yet" Is that a problem?This question was during Interrogation,,,not at the end of interview.

If they are asking for your passport with the documents, it is in anticipation of granting the visa but you cannot be certain until the visa is in hand.

Sounds to me like when you send in what they require, then they will issue your visa

It sounds like the flub on having proper documents is the only mistake that needs correcting. If they requested forms and passport, it sounds like you are basically ok once you correct the paperwork error.
