hi everyone. i checked on the US Embassy website about all the requirements for the tourist visa interview...but i cannot find the papers or forms on applying for a tourist visa. i mean what should be the first step of it. i hope i get an answer to my question. thank you.

go to BPI and tell them you want to buy a form for US tourist visa. fill it up then call their hotline for the next step. there should be a number with the form. good luck

after i buy that form for US tourist visa in BPI...i will send that to US Embassy in Manila?

you will fill it up. then bring it with you on the day of the interview. dont forget the receipt, they might look for it.

I say the first step is prayer because the USE rarely issues tourists visa to the US from the Philippines...

after i buy that form for US tourist visa in BPI...i will send that to US Embassy in Manila?

no. you need to fill up some form online and call the hotline for schedule and yes as sheriff uling said, you need a prayer. :)

DS156 is filled up online. DS157 can also be filled up online. however, the bank normally doesnt validate your payment on your printed DS157. (DS157 is the one that you pay at the bank).
