Dear all,

We were ones of the lucky ones. Our AOS were approved w/out interview. My wife now has a Green Card and we are planing to move out of New York State in fall. Should we notify the INS our new address when we moved or we should wait until we file lifting to remove condition.

Any input would be appreciated.

Thank you and good luck to all of you

Best regards

Duclinhreo

your wife should notify the USCIS of her new address using AR 11 and the sponsor (the husband) should inform too using another form

I think you are required to file these forms within 10 days of your move, although I doubt they have any way of checking. I'd do it sooner rather than later.
