G325A is NOT required to be submitted by the petitioner but lots of people do anyway.

Doesn't hurt to do so.

Namaste Dai,

As I recall, we put c (9) for that answer and had no problems.

Here is a link to the AOS guide: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...mp;page=k1k3aos

We also submitted a vaccine supplement form I-693A (signed by a civil surgeon approved by USCIS) for both my husband and my stepson. And we applied (and never used) Advanced Parole, which is form I-131.

I think we just sent two proper passport size photos of my husband and two of my stepson.

We mailed our package to the Chicago Lockbox address (see page 9 of the instructions):

http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/I-765instr.pdf

Best wishes for a speedy AOS process!

Maya

PS. A friendly suggestion: typing smaller case letters is more polite... using all capital letters is like SHOUTING

Many thanks to the Visajourney community for all the help!

I recommend taking a look at the AOS guide and also the example forms here on VJ. Those two areas certainly made completing the AOS packet much easier.

PLEASE, WE'VE ASKED, THERE IS NO NEED TO TYPE IN CAPITAL LETTERS, IT IS CONSIDERED RUDE ON THE INTERNET - IT'S LIKE YOU ARE SHOUTING !!

You will send everything together with a Cover sheet describing all the contents to the Chicago Lockbox:

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services

P.O. Box 805887

Chicago, Illinois 60680

You may pay with either, we usually suggest checks because you can see when they cash it which means your process has started...

You are welcome :)

Perhaps it would be beneficial for you to read the AOS Guides here on Visa Journey as well as read the instructions for each form. If you do so, all of your questions will be answered. Good luck.

HEY MAN :),

You are probably very confused with all that situation so were I but if you continue doing everyting by yourself you might make all that process longer. In case of mistake they are gonna ask you for more and more papers and that means case processing on hold. Let's say if you overpay the fee or.. forget something or.... whatever Go and see Attorney for $1k and a little bit more he is gonna make your life "painless" you can ask as much as you want and he is signing your papers as a preparer putting his registration number  and everything looks professional. That's important thing jst make it easy!

You mean that he is gonna take off with my money  We are in the US, man That is not Bulgaria or Philippines! I even filed a document in USCIS saying that he is gonna represent me & my wife "AT ALL IMMIGRATION MATTERS". WHAT ABOUT YOU? HOW MUCH TIME HAS IT TAKEN FOR YOU READING ALL THE INSTRUCTIONS for every peace of paper. Actually looks pretty easy but one mistake can cost you lots of headaches.
