Maybe some one can clear this up. My wife came in on a K1 Visa. She now currently has her 10 year green card and we have been waiting the 3 years so she can apply for citizenship. I have heard two different stories. 1. You must wait until the entire 3 years has past before you apply. Or 2. you may file 90 days prior to your 3 year anniversary. Does anyone know for fact which is correct? If so can anyone tell me where I can find the correct information. Thanks
