I filed concurrent I-130/I-485 , Finally, today i got this email from CRIS:

Current Status: Card production ordered. :D

On October 12, 2007, we ordered production of your new card. Please

allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from

you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call

customer service. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we

process your case. Just follow the link below to register.

I have a question, does this mean my case has been approved? If it does, i heard some people got the welcome notice email, when shall i wait for it? :(

the weird thing is, they didn't mention anything about my I-130 has been approved or not, I just got the same LUD for my I-130 and I-485 on 10/12/2007.

Gosh, I got a lot of emails from CRIS these past two days. Details are below:

1) Application Type: I485 , APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR

TO ADJUST STATUS

Current Status: Card production ordered.

On October 12, 2007, we ordered production of your new card. Please

P.S : I got two emails saying the same exact message and exact time :P

2) Application Type: I485 , APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR

TO ADJUST STATUS

Current Status: Notice mailed welcoming the new permanent resident.

On October 12, 2007, we mailed you a notice that we had registered this

customer's new permanent resident status. Please follow any

instructions on the notice.

3) Application Type: I130 , IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR

ORPHAN

Current Status: Approval notice sent.

On October 12, 2007, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this

I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please

follow any instructions on the notice.

4) Application Type: I485 , APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR

TO ADJUST STATUS

Current Status: Approval notice sent.

On October 16, 2007, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this

I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS.

Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you

receive the notice, call customer service.

And, lastly, I got the LUD today for my I-485 (adjust status) 10/17/2007.

Btw, I got approval without any interview :dance:

Everything goes smoothly for about almost 6 months, I sent a second RFE on Sept 24,2007. A lot of people had mentioned if CRIS asked for RFE, it is a good thing. That means they interested in your case.

Oh, I forgot to answer the question. I filed my case at MSC (National Benefits Center) but they transferred my case to CSC. My lawyer filed concurrent I-130 and I-485 together. Btw, my case is not a "marriage" case. I got adopted by U.S citizens, which are my uncle and my aunt. But i call them my dad & my mom since they adopted me ;) . I got so lucky because I never done any interview. I just did biometrics and sent RFE. :innocent:
