OK here is the legal advise i got back on this whole issue. One I'm freaking out for maybe nothing. This Adam Walsh Law is designed for families immigrating there spouse and child. Not the spouse alone. This is a child's law act according to my attorney. Let's just hope she is right. If it is my wife only that I'm bringing home. If my wife had a child it would be and issue. Even then I still could have a very good argument because my crime was not a act against a child, but a consensual relationship that was not by any act of violence or knowingly committed. Meaning that the girl I was convicted with was dishonest and did not tell her correct age at the time of the act. Well all I can do is pray this is correct information.

I seem to have allot of attorneys that are very much interested how this plays out. The good news is I do have a fair strong chance of a fight here if I get some Jerk that reviews my case and gives no opportunity to see the facts, and does not read the Law correctly. This is such a new law that unfortunately I'm the one who will have to test this it sounds. Wish me the best guys and I will keep you informed.
