Looking good!

Except don't you need to include the I-765 Application for Employment Authorization and AP application? It's included in the fees but as I understand it, you need to submit the application too. Better safe than sorry, in case the AOS approval is delayed!

Looks good. On item #3, do you mean biographical instead of bibliographical?

We sent photocopies of the marriage and birth certificates instead of originals.

Good luck.

The passport has "biographical page".

I would indicate the sponsor's name and relationship to you after I-864.

Unless you don't need to work anytime soon, I'd include the EAD application.

AndyMisiu,

looks good. Others have picked up on your typo :)

So your wife already has her SSN? I guess that means more than all the numbers you get before that one.

Since I don't have SSN yet, I included my A#, Visa# and the I-94# - so they don't have an excuse to confuse me with someone else ;)

Of course, I know people say they don't care about our cover letters but I think we need them to cover ourselves by stating exactly what we are sending in.

I will PM you my own cover letter - to compare and check the layout.

Good luck!

Hello, Im sitting in Ca, doing the same thing as you with the i 485. I am concerned about your marriage cert, I think you must send the copy that you recieve after you get married you take the org to the county clerk and they then make org copys which are certified. This is what I understand that is only accepted, and not a copy of it from your computer printer. Maybe im miss understanding what copy your sending but being that im absorbing so much in info from your posts I thought i should get my 2 cents in.. Thanks for your posts because ive been just pounding this website for info that you have been posting and havent had any luck. Thanks and good luck
