Hello Members,

I am awaiting my I-130 receipt but wanted to make sure that I have all the required documents ready for I-129 so I can send it out the same day (hopefully soon) as I get NOA1.

Can someone please post all the requirements for the I -129 (K3). I thought I saw that in some thread but could never find it again.

Also, folks who have gone through the I-129 (K3) Process, if there were any questions, RFE, challenges, or any other concerns that USCIS had with your application, can you all please share with VJ community.

Thanks to all members who take time to share info and experiences. It really helps out newbies in-line like me. Hopefully my process will start moving so I can do the same for future members.

Regards and Have a Great Day !!!

A quick question, Is there a fee required for I-129 (K3)? In the link sent, there does not seem to be a fee required since there was an increased I-130 fee paid already.

If you have already filed the I-130 and paid $355.00, you do not need to pay anything for the I-129f.

But my lawyer has asked to have a check for $455 ready? For what, if you already filed the I-130.

Can someone please confirm? Thanks again.

If you are petitioning for a K-3, there is no fee for filing the I-129F if you have already filed and paid for a related I-130.

There is only a fee for the I-129F if it is being filed for a K-1 fiance visa.

Ready for what??

Fire your lawyer as he is not "up to date" on immigration procedures.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!
