I-864 order of documents

I know this is picky but the instructions say the order of documents but none of them mentions the authorization for release of federal tax data. That goes with I-864 and after the W-2's? Does it matter? Does anyone else's instructions mention this form?

There is no specific order mentioned by NVC however you can arrange documents in certain order.

Bar Code sheet must be at top then

I-864 package

Job letter

Tax returns (recent year must be at top example 2005,2004,2003)

Pay stubs

Other documents in case of co-sponsor.
