He snores and does the thingie where he stops breathing then gasps loudly like a ratchet. I worry about it a lot, but he says he tried the CPAP years ago and couldn't tolerate it. He tells me I write books in my sleep and will occasionally recite a passage to him.

Cure for snoring? Poke, poke, poke.

I had a sleep study done and they tried that CPAP thing. But I couldn't handle it; my sinuses got clogged and I couldn't breathe. My wife uses ear plugs and her elbow.

Peace to All creatures great and small............................................

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).

My son actually video tapped me because I told them they were telling lies about me snoring.

Looks like the poke poke poke method is the best way .ooooooooooh geeeeeze my poor aching sides :(

Well compared to that CPAP device, I think I'd rather have the bruised ribs!!! I did a Google on the CPAP, and I think I 'd rather have surgery then wear that thing all night! :o

No way to snuggle with that thing on! ;)

I now wear CPAP at night and dont snore at all.......

My snoring was keeping my neighbours up at night......

Took me 3 days to get used to it....now I feel very refreshed when I wake up and dont need any naps during the day......

I'm the one who snores.

I started wearing those "breathe right" strips on my last visit, but I didn't want him to see me in them, so I had to sneak them on when he had rolled over and then I had to sneak it off before he woke up. More tiring and stressful than not sleeping at all!

It will not be the solution for marriage. But if y'all can fart and burp in comfort, then what is a little clear strip between spouses? :D
