fasting for medical

Fasting is not required, but if you're like Ann, and don't like injections and Doctors.. Then you're too nervous to eat before going anyways.

Ann was lucky and allowed to bring in her cousin for the Medical. But that was because one of the guards is a friend of her cousin.

You don't need to do fasting rather you need to eat a lot cuz u'll get hungry from waiting. Take your medical exam a month or weeks earlier than your schedule so you'll have allowance time in case something unexpected comes up with the result of your exam. And if you're just within Metro Manila better do it on afternoon cuz it's not that too busy already and you won't wait too long.

I am within the Manila area. I thought it is better to do it in the morning? What do u think is the best time? Thanks in advance

had my medical exam last month. for my own experienced, you should go early. as in early in the morning. because lately there's a lot of patients in SLEC. for my 2nd day of medical i've waited almost 12 hours just for my shots and x-ray film. good luck

That is exactly the point, medical exam takes 2 days because the immunization shots are given the next day. If you are trying to save time, and don't want to get bored waiting too long be there at 1:30 PM in your first day, lesser people and less time to wait, no need of waking up too early and waiting up to when they open up. Possible they will ask you to come back for an afternoon appointment for the 2nd day, so being there at 3 PM won't hurt your butt just sitting and waiting.

When you plan to go for an earlier than scheduled medical exam, make sure that it wont be a busy day/week like probably holiday is coming up. Thursday & Friday worked well on us (daughter and i).
