You don't need to do fasting rather you need to eat a lot cuz u'll get hungry from waiting. Take your medical exam a month or weeks earlier than your schedule so you'll have allowance time in case something unexpected comes up with the result of your exam. And if you're just within Metro Manila better do it on afternoon cuz it's not that too busy already and you won't late too long.

DITTO BIGTIME!

I've seen where problems like having to have a 3 day sputum test occured and the pinay missed her interview and had to reschedule. Normally about 2 months.

Also pinay that went about 12-1 PM had it easy and a lot faster.

I had my wife and anak take the medical almost 2 months early!

Thanks for the replies!

One other question, do they allow a companion with you during medical? I was hoping to bring my mom with me.

Nope... in fact, you might want to eat a full meal breakfast because the medical can take too long. I even secretly packed some snacks in my purse that day.

Nope... only applicants are allowed inside the premises but I've heard some brought along a company and didn't have any trouble. In my case, my sister and niece were with me and the guard thought my niece is my daughter and a K2 applicant and my sister is her nanny. They let us all in...

had my medical exam last month. for my own experienced, you should go early. as in early in the morning. because lately there's a lot of patients in SLEC. for my 2nd day of medical i've waited almost 12 hours just for my shots and x-ray film. good luck

no fasting required. i suggest eat alot or bring snacks with you
