Can I prepare for I-134 before NOA2?

Hi. I'm currently waiting for VSC to approve my I129F. I'm wondering if I can start preparing for I-134 supporting evidence before getting NOA2.

The only reason why I'm asking this question is because I'm not sure if it matters that I get all the evidence letters (ex. statements from a bank officer, my current emplyer's statement) dated now and the I129F is approved later this month.

does everyone usually wait until NOA2 to start prep'ing for the next step?

i'm sure you all understand how i feel. I just want to get everything ready to go, so I don't waste a single day

hey there! i got the statement from my job before the NOA2 but i got everything else after. i am even having some second thoughts and resending the bank statement just because they didnt give me exactly what i wanted. so yeah i would wait until you get your NOA2!!

I agree, wait for your NOA2, thats what i did. No one can determine when your petition will be approved and its better to have your affidavit and such dated closer to the interview date.

I waited. It just makes sense to have everything as current as possible to avoid any potential nit-picking.

I've thought about posting my timeline many times, but I think it's more confusing+screwed up because I decided to hire an attorney to do the filing for me.

The I-134 is good for a year!! .you could start getting the I-134 evidence together, maybe get the I-134 filled out just hold on a while to get it notorised
