My Grandfather's side of the family comes from a long line of cooks and bakers and they have the absolute best lamb recipe that is in our family. I'll have to dig it up. My mouth is watering!

It's a no-go on my family recipe. We had my grandmother's lamb a couple of Easters ago and Wadi was less than impressed...especially by the mint jelly!

I have to agree with him that mine is much better, though I'll never tell grandma!

Yeah I don't really care for the whole lamb/mint combo either. Its just weird to me. We also cook the lamb until its completely well done, no one I know will eat it rare or medium rare.

Ever since I was a kid and thought it was green jello I've never been able to stomach it.... B)
