My Grandfather's side of the family comes from a long line of cooks and bakers and they have the absolute best lamb recipe that is in our family. I'll have to dig it up. My mouth is watering!

We can have our on Food network challenge!

VJ Hours - I am available M-F from 10am - 5pm PST. I will occasionaly put in some OT for a fairly good poo slinging thread or a donut.

It's a no-go on my family recipe. We had my grandmother's lamb a couple of Easters ago and Wadi was less than impressed...especially by the mint jelly! :lol:

I have to agree with him that mine is much better, though I'll never tell grandma! :whistle:

Yeah I don't really care for the whole lamb/mint combo either. Its just weird to me. We also cook the lamb until its completely well done, no one I know will eat it rare or medium rare.

Ever since I was a kid and thought it was green jello I've never been able to stomach it.... B)
