How can I get in touch with California Service Center?

I need it cause I called the non-help 800# and request informartion about my 2 K-2's stepdaughters and recieved a letter saying that I they still review the cases.

What is confusing is that I was told on the letter that I if I need info to write to them, insted of writing I want to call. Do any of you have a way to get intouch with that service center?

They were approved on July 2007 and still haven't recieved their green card. I do have the welcome letters but nothing else.

Please help.

No direct dial telephone number is available for any USCIS service center.... You need to make an InfoPass appointment to talk to someone at your local office

Thanks Fwaguy for your respond. It means a date off from work and almost $100.00 spent to travel to philly. Well let see if I can schredule that soon.

Make an infopass apoointment and get the immigration officer at your local office to check to see if they have issued the cards... if they have not been issued then they can get them issued... if they were issued they will be able to tell you if they have been returned for any reason ot if they have been lost in the mail....

Try emailing them. Probably isn't the best course of action (as others suggested - Infopass would be the best).

Oh forgot to mentioned that on the letter it said that they still reviewing their cases, I don't know why if they already approved it.

I did it, I did it!.....

I called CSC...

The lady told me that she will requested the card for production, the green cards were not done yet cause they were waiting for the biometrics to be download, since the cases were transfer to CSC.

She told me that will be mailed in 3 weeks and in case I don't get them to call them back.
