signature say's i've exceeded quota

Mine has done exactly the same today. I think it is something to do with the ticker website. I'm going to try putting mine on again....

I got the red box too, and the only thing I'm guessin is that perhaps all of us at VJ have met our quota with the original site. Meaning, too many links from VJ to smileycentral or wherever it was.

I would think that if more peeps remove it, those that didn't remove theirs will reappear.

I'm not sure if it's some kind of quota or an outright block, but it looks like smileygenerator.us is blocking access for referrals from VJ.

On the other hand if you try to link that same banner somewhere else it works. In fact if you just point your browser to the banner url it should load. So, the problem is very specific to VJ.

A simple solution is to use a proxy. Just find yourself a free proxy online (i.e those that are used to surf anonymously) and link through the proxy.
