I need help again! My brother in law is under a name check so his Permanent Residency card is delayed. Originally came in on K1 Visa. It has almost been 1 1/2 years and no card yet. the first problem is Jamaica put in the wrong Alien number on his Visa. The second is that his middle name was Craig not Greg. Anyway, we went to Infopass and they said basically continue waiting. Then his EAD needed renewed which they didnt know to do since they assumed the Green Card would come before it expired like most all cases. Now they are faced with the fact that he most likely will have to stop working until its renewed again. I said to contact our senator, but I am not sure how that works. Do you write them a letter or what do you do? I know there were some that went through this before. Can anyone help???

If you are getting the run-around from the USCIS then by all means contact your U.S. senator

Just call his/her office and ask what they can do to help.

Life's just a crazy ride on a run away train

You can't go back for what you've missed

So make it count, hold on tight find a way to make it right

You only get one trip

So make it good, make it last 'cause it all flies by so fast
