I have found out where I worked and for how long so I can put it on the forms. The only problem is one of the places I worked has changed owners and is now known under a different name. Do they contact the places to see if I worked there or is it just for them to see I have the money. I am only asking because if they asked them they wouldn't know who I was.

Details like filed for, and country helps, timeline is crucial to know if you are talking about forms filled out bu US citizen for filing the petition or forms filled out by benificiary for the consulate.

On your G-325A, you can list your former employers by the names that they went by when you worked for them. They do not contact your former employers.

For the G-325A fill out page one on your computer and print all 4 pages, page 2-4 will be filled in for you, and sign all 4 pages.
