What you could write is completely dependant on who the Co-sponsor is...

Answer all questions truthfully. There is a relationship between the sponsor and the foreign fiance, in every case, whether blood or otherwise. Here are some examples of how fiance might be related to the sponsor even though not by blood.

Fiance

Future mother in-law

Fiance's brother

Fiance's best friend

Fiance's unkle

Fiance's coworker

Fiance's boss

Getting a total stranger to fill out an I-134 isn't going to convince a Consular Officer the "sponsor" has any interest in sponsorship. State the relationship.

ok my brother is my co-sponsor. So on question 3 where you are filling out information on the the person immigrating it says relationship to sponsor. On mine obviously his relationship to me (the sponsor) would be fiance'. But on my brothers affidavit of support. His relationship to fiance' is none. Unless I am not understanding how to fill this out properly.

Why does your brother not have a relationship with your fiancee?

My future sister-in-law is one possibility

My brother's fiancee is another....

what?

I am a female. The foreign fiance' is a male. I am in America. He is in Denmark. On my affidavit of support I would put fiance' and my brother on his affidavit of support would put future brother in law. Correct? I am confused now.

Spin it around to meet your situation then...

Describing relationships of non-petitioner sponsors is always confusing. The question is "relationship to sponsor", so the visa applicant (foreign) is being asked what their relationship is to the sponsor. It's backward from what you would think, since the sponsor is the one answering the question.

The answer fits better as an excerpt from the following sentence, with the answer itself bolded. It is as if the foreign fiance is saying, "The sponsor is my fiancee's brother. Answer is "fiancee's brother". "Future Brother In-Law" is an equally valid answer, IMO.
