I haven't read the thread, so I'm not sure if this message has been posted or not. My AOS/IV packages were generated at the same time so the message on AVR is:

"A package of documents was generated on ____ and will be sent to you within the next few weeks."

[Beth/ Paris Heart 2]

NVC Assigns a Case#:

"...This case was entered in the NVC computer system on _______. The case number assignned by the NVC is (Case #). Please allow 6-8 week from this date for the beneficiary to receive the documents"

DS3032/ AOS Fee Bill Generated:

"...NVC will mail...the beneficiary..." OR "DS3032 and AOS Fee Bill has been generated on________"

DS3032 Entered in the System:

"...NVC has received the DS3032, Choice of Agent and Address form on______.

Please allow 4-6 weeks before you will be notified by NVC..."

AOS Fee Processed:

"...NVC has received the DS3032, Choice of Agent and Address form on______.

and will send further instructions within the next few weeks..."

IV Fee Bill Generation:

"...The Immigration Visa Fee Bill letter has been generated on ____and will be sent within the next few weeks..."

IV Fee Bill Processed:

"NVC has received IV fee bill on ______ and will send further instructions within next few weeks. "

DS-230 Generation:

"NVC is expecting return of the biographic forms by the petitioner... "

DS-230 Receipt:

"The NVC has received the checklist letter response on ..."

Case Complete:

"... your Case was completed on ...Please allow 8 weeks for further instructions..."

Case Forwarded to Embassy:

"...The NVC has completed the case and forwarded it to the Embassy or Consulate in..."

I called NVC today and listened to the message. It stated, "A packet of information and documents was generated on 9/4/09. Please follow the instructions carefully and return information to the address provided."

What does this mean? What packet are they talking about?

Hi VJers.. I contacted NVC and the AVR said that " NVC is expecting return of the biographic forms by the petitioner... and wait for 6-8 weeks.."

is it BY the Petitioner or is it Biographic form OF the Petitioner?... im confused coz im calling long distance from Manila.. does it mean i have to send them the Biographic Form G325 of the Petitioner???

Please help! i'm confused..

Hi!

I have the same message but as I understood:

"NVC is awaiting for return of Biographic Data Form from... the Petitioner, once this packet is received allow 6-8 weeks for the reviewing all of your documentation then you'll be notified of the outcome of the review..."

Does it mean that they are waiting for DS-230 right?

They received my I-864 on Nov 16th. Does it mean that they accepted I-864?

We sent our I-864 and DS-together on 05/26/2010 and it was entered into their system until 06/07/2010 and it stated

"The NVC received your documents on 06/07/2010. Please allow 6-8 weeks to review"

How long do you think it might be for them to review everything and give us an answer? I think people usually submit the I-864 and the DS-230 later...

8-12 business days from the date your package was delivered to the NVC mailroom.

My case is complete as of August 26th, Priority Date for Dec 2007, and I have a visa number they said, I am in line for interview, my category is current, any tips on how long till interview in London.

I just called NVC and they said the IV package 230 has been generated and they had sent it, and wait for 6 to 8 weeks so it is a new one cus I didnt see it in the first page...

this is what the AVR message...another cause of delay if i really have an RFE...
