DS-230 part I and II

I'm filling out the paperwork to send to my fiancee for the packet 3 information, interview, etc. All I keep seeing (this is Colombia) is for her to fill out part I and send it in. Will she need part II at any time? The part that's sort of confusing is that the DS-230 (when I download it) is four pages, two part I and two part II. So part I says "page 1 of 4" and "page 2 of 4" so it makes me feel like I should fill out or send the whole thing. I hope this isn't too dumb of a question, but what should I do? Thanks for any help!

ok well i would only use the downloaded forms for practice. thats what me and my fiance did. i sent him the downloaded forms so that he knew exactly what to fill out and how so that when the real forms came it only took a day and we sent it right back. your fiance will only fill out part 1 of the ds-230. the other will be signed in front of an immigration officer during the interview!! hope that helps GOOD LUCK!!!!

Well from my recent experience, I don't know if the process if different in Australia where I am, is that I only had to fill out part one and part two wasn't even sent to me in the packet three, nor did I need to fill out part two at the embassy when I had my interview.

That's my two cents worth anyways....
