There doesn't seem to be any risk in using James Shortcuts and there has been no reports of NVC refusing anything generated using James Shortcuts. All you are doing is generating the barcodes for them to scan. The forms themselves are available regardless of whether using the shortcuts or not. What it saves on is the time it sits waiting to be mailed after being generated and the mailing time itself. As soon as it is generated and you receive confirmation of this using the automated system, you mail yours off to them. This can save a week or two each time something is generated. If you look at how many times this occurs this can save you a month or two.

Lorelle is absolutely right.

I used James shortcuts and completed my case in only 50 days( Well, that was during the Christmas).

NVC recently changed the POBOX address for AOS Fee Bill.. But, I think Aussie has already updated that in James shortcuts post. Other than that, you are just preparing the forms ( where you need your spouses signature on the DS3032 & DS230) ahead of time. And generate the Barcoded sheet using James shortcut. Once you hear the message on NVC automated line that NVC has generated so and so forms. Just mail the self generated forms back to NVC. This way you can save few weeks waiting for each forms in the mail.

Good Luck,

YamSam
