ok.. so the dude from the documentary couldn't get an appointment from the dean or whatever, where's the 'closemindedness'? I didn't see anything compelling or that made me think that teachers are against 'liberal' ideas... yea the texts of the trailer talk about 'only their ideas' and bs like that, but I didn't see any facts..

Apparently colleges here pride themselves on diversity.. Maybe I should send the colleges a dictionary with Oxford's definition of diversity; which is clearly not the same as their own understanding of it.

Right wing views and US colleges seem to mix about as well as milk does with oil..

Oh, I know. I wonder if anyone stops to think where all these grown-up conservative intellectuals were educated, given that they must have been brainwashed. Surely they can't be complaining that no conservatives have ever been to college!

The bizarre thing is that the academy has become less liberal than it was in the 60s (it follows the country in that regard), yet there's far more complaints about it now.
