A lawyer in my college immigration center helped me fill out all the forms.

She made a couple of mistakes that I apparently did not notice

I-765 Application for Employment Authorization:

Part 15 (Current Immigration Status) instead of "Student" she wrote "Valid for duration of status"

I-485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status:

Under Current USCIS Status, she wrote "Student J-1" instead of "Student F-1" (I had changed my status from j-1 to f-1 before I met my husband)

I-864 Affidavit of Support:

Part 2 (Mailing Address Street Number and Name) she did not include the apartment number

Now that I have discovered these mistakes I'm getting worried

How bad do you think it is?

p.s. I already have the biometrics appointment scheduled

I-765 is based on the I-485 (C )(6 )

Did you file an I-130 along with the I-485? The I-485 must be based off an "Approved I-130" (Check box A on the I-485) the I-130 is automatically approved based on marriage to a US Citizen.

I-864 address problem should not be a major problem

i filed i-130 and i-185 concurrently

eligibility category ©(9)

the thing that bothers me the most is that instead of my current F-1 status, she put J-1. My J-1 expired 3 years ago, and as soon as it did, i requested a change of status and got F-1
