As long as there's chicks being attracted by the boom-boom like flies to a pile of #######, there'll be dudes serving it up. Just the way it is and no fine is gonna stop it. Think about it, those fools invest a few grand easily into the stereo and another few into the bling-bling wheels rather than getting themselves a better ride than the $500.00 Pontiac they're rolling with.
