Send i-130 a month ago---no respond

I have send I-130 for my parents a month before. I did not receive any acknowledgement from VSC, neither my check was cashed.

I have FEDEX receipt.

Any suggestion, how should I inquire?

USCIS was buried in petitions just before July 30 to beat the FEE increases, they are still dealing with that, and have been taking well over a month to get to new petitions.

This is not unusual.

If it's been more than 30 days since they cashed your check then you're entitled to request a copy of the NOA1. It's still going to take a very long time though but at least it'll give you peace of mind.
