Don't scan the document. Don't pdf the document. Just write a normal letter including all the information that the DS-3032 requests. Also, you may want to tell them that you did not receive the DS-3032 or that you don't have it. Two things to remember if you choose to email....don't email it until the automated phone messages from nvc have indicated that they generated and mailed your ds-3032. Also, you must receive the nvc automated email response. If you don't get it, they didn't get it. I don't know if it will save time now or not. I guess it depends on where you mail it from. I will return to the philippines to be with my family until my wife gets her petition so it will benefit me to email. However, if i were here in the U.S., I would just have the form prepared and ready to 'next day' when nvc generated it. Lots of info scattered throughout the NVC forum.....this place (vj.com) is treasure chest with many compartments. Find the right compartment for the jewel you're looking for and you'll be even richer
