I used to shop at Albertsons for groceries but then Hubby got me hooked on "Food 4 Less".. it is tonnes cheaper and I can find most of the stuff I like and need there...

I also love to shop at Walmart

and this store called "Susie's Deals" for clothes... everything in there is $5.99 or less and they have some good stuff there... I just spent about 50 bucks there the other day and I got about 7 maternity type tops, a pair of lounge pants and the cutest outfit for my newest nephew....

1 - Target

2 - Trader Joe's

3 - Costco

I avoid Walmart (the store is one big clutter) but ended up going there right before school for a few supplies.

Every time I go to Costco it is automatic that I will spend at least $400

Costco doesn't always save you money either.... it is best to take a calculator with you and figure out the per unit price.... i have done that a few times and found out that a few of the things there would be a lot cheaper to buy from a regular store

They don't market for the bottom line - their buyers try to find good quality products at reduced cost. So, their cheapest flat screen TV may not be as cheap as one you'll find elsewhere, but I've found the same product in other stores at a considerably higher price (even cheaper than Target). But the downside is there selection and price range is limited.

We used to Shop Costco A lot but realsie what you stated it is Not always cheaper. When Stores like target have sales on itewms their prices are cheaper. I go to Cosco for Gas, Water & Propel & Thats about it! My boss pays for our membership so I use it occasionally.
