Hi:

My parents are in the verge of getting GC. They have 2 adopted children aged 12 and 7. My parents will petition for the children. How can my parents demonstrate thay they can provide support for the children. They are my dependents. When my parents petiton for the children and when the I-864 stage arrives, can I submit I-864A for them as a joint sponsor to bring the kids? Can any one help? Thanks very much

Your parents don't plan to work in the USA? Or have no assets? Yes, you can be a joint sponsor if you make above the poverty level for your family + parents + their children.
