All:

1) What is the difference between I-864 and I-864 EZ?

2) I had a tax consultant prepare my 2005 and 2006 tax returns. We have a copy of completed 1040 documents? Would that suffice the need? Or do I need proof from IRS that they have accepted my taxes etc.,

What does it means when the I-864 states the following.

<<<<<A photocopy or an Internal Revenue Service-issued transcript of a photocopy or an Internal Revenue Service-issued transcript of your complete Federal income tax return >>>>

3) Can someone send me a lists of requirements of list for 1-864 and I-864 A (if I do qulaify for this)

Thanks much
