hello..

i need quick help or answer please..i sent my AOS,EAD and Advance Parole last September 19, 2007 and the Local office in Chicago recieved it on September 24, 2007..i am wondering how many pictures should i give them? i only sent them 2 photos and i just found out that i have to submit 6 photos..2 for AOS,2 For EAD and 2 for Advance parole..do i have to send them again my Photos or do i have to wait for them to request it..and also i only give Personal check for the payment os EAD, ADVANCE PAROLE,AOS and biometrics for $1010,..did i send the right Fee?help me find out what should i do now..

I believe that is the correct fee... Regarding your other questions, I'm sure someone efficient and reliable will have the answer for you here since I only filed for AOS - submitted 2 pcs of 2x2 photos - so I'm not really certain of what to say.

Yes, $1010 is the correct fee.

As for your photos, you SHOULD have sent 6 total, but it seems a lot of people seem to get by just fine by not sending the right quantity, e.g. 2 or 4 instead of 6, so let them come to you if they want more photos.

They take your mug shot at the biometrics appointment anyway.

The AP document has the photo you supply them, but the EAD card has the photo from the biometrics appointment. I would assume the green card also has the photo from the biometrics appointment, but since I don't have my green card yet, I can't confirm that for you.
