Ours was for a medical. We mailed in her medical from her K3 but they wanted a new one done with a civil surgeon stateside.

Mine was to send proof of current income. I got confused reading mine. It says my sponsor's income is sufficient but we never sent proof of current income. So we are re-sending everything with this years bank statements so far.

Mine was to send proof of current income for past 6 months, he sub-contracted for a company and they only ever handed him a check, which wasnt sufficient as proof. Hubbys income was sufficient, but he'd just started a new business and didn't have enough paycheck stubs at the time, only 3 weeks worth, so we went the joint sponsor route, USCIS was more than happy with what i sent.

Ours was for the I-864 information which was already sent in the first time. We just sent in all of the same requirements again when we got an RFE and they proceeded with the case.

our rfe was for W-2 slips which I was silly and distracted enough not to include originally!

We got an RFE because I didn't include NOA2 from the I-129f (which I never received).

I got 2 RFEs so far, one is to submit medical examination (which I didn't receive and was lost in the mail), and the other is to submit original copy of birth certificate, because the copy we sent in was hard to read.

I hope it is just curiosity on your part and nothing like that comes your way, they have hassled you enough, time they left you alone so you can get on with the things you need to do for yourself and family.

I would suggest not worrying about the what-ifs. Though I am a hypocrite because I did the exact same thing.

Worry about what comes your way when it comes and not before. We have a stressful enough time dealing with the process without adding MORE stress on top. You're going to kill yourself if you map every possible scenario.

for K2, they want separate I-864, W2 or 1099, and Petitioner's Birth certificate.

ausqueen and bradcanuck I am so LMAO right now because you both sound like my husband. He is constantly telling me that I worry too much and if I feel that I don't have enough to worry about that I go out and look for it ... drives him crazy!

So .. I think that it's a good thread for those of us who are sitting around .. bored to tears because we can't work yet.. and just looking for something to worry about.

Funny I notice this post, which is about RFE which I asked about few weeks ago has not been blocked yet by a moderator, but of course not it is all UK posters, I see how this works now!
