Here is the question "Nutty" asked. Can you write down a detailed list of all the items you sent?

1.

2.

3.

4.

etc.

I am about to file an I-130 myself and I am concerned when I read posts about visa's being denied.

You have no reason to let this I-130 denial concern you. I am sure, from what I've been able to glean from his posts, that his case is unique and very complicated. It's certainly not a simple case of not providing the correct documents. He really really needs a good lawyer and has needed one for a while.

After reading both threads I notice two things: Mike, you ignore questions put to you and your english and grammar is horrible.

We are not hearing the whole story.

Morjorisin:

"Your English and grammar are horrible"

I think we should take a look at ourselves before we lightly throw comments out there.

There is a huge difference between grammatical mistakes that do not hinder understanding of the post and mistakes that make the post very difficult to understand.

Not really. When your grammar is incorrect, it's incorrect. Although I've found that on the internet the rules don't apply. But when you go out of your way to single a person out for a mistake and make the same mistake yourself, it just looks silly.

Hey aidap, the is/are is interchangeable. What I think is silly is you trying to correct my grammar but instead show your ignorance.

Also, you may want to believe that poor spelling/grammar should have no bearing on visa applications but if they are looked at by humans you can bet every penny you have it does.

Oh, okay, that other guy has horrible English and grammar and you can state it. But you get called on it and people are ignorant? Now, now, didn't you just prove you can dish it out but not take it?

No need to try to offend luv. And who is talking about a visa application? Nice try with the misdirection.

DON'T WORRY, BE HAPPY!!
