I have had very good service with Verizon for phone service. I left cable a few months back and went to dish and can't believe how much better quality the picture is, screw cable :wacko:

Right now we use ATT/Cingular...so far no problems, not even when I added an international calling plan to my cell service (while my husband was still in NS), when I cancelled said plan, and when I added him to our existing service (complete with new phone upgrade for free).

Some like Verizon...I hated their customer service. That's just my opinion and in no way should be taken as fact.

I voted OTHER since I don't have any of those companies. I have Sprint now and although their customer service is HORRIBLE - my bill is low because I have a decent plan and a government employee discount :thumbs: .

Bright House is the worst - and their rates are HIGH.

11/2004 - Met in Brazil

09/2006 - Apply for K1

03/2007 - K1 approved

04/2007 - Apply for AOS & EAD

07/2007 - EAD approved

01/2008 - Conditional Residency approved

11/2009 - Apply to remove conditions

02/2010 - Permanent Residency approved

11/2010 - Apply for Citizenship

03/2011 - Citizenship approved

07/2011 - Moved back to Brazil

As a computer support person.. I've always preferred Cox.

They have been the easiet to work with on support issues, and will keep battling through problems shoulder to shoulder with me if needed.

Their installers and support people are usually very good, and when I get one that's not, it's very easy to get a replacement tech in the game quickly.

If it's going to be, it's up to me!

January 2005 - Met Annie online

February 13th 2006 - Met in Real - WOW!! Ikaw maganda!

February 14th 2006 - Proved I was really serious, proposed to Annie - She said "Yes"

February 2006 - January 2007 - Both working, saving, planning. Continuously chasing Annie online, on phone...

January 22, 2007 - February 4th, 2007 - Together again in Philippines, working on paperwork, visiting family.

February 27th 2007 - I-129F Mailed to Nebraska

March 6th - NOA1 Received.

May 23rd - NOA2, Received Approval Email

June 14th - Receive letter from NVC, packet on the way to Manila Embassy

July 30th - Annie receives packet from Embassy, appointment scheduled for September.

August 29th - Annie survives Blood Draw, Injections, and successfully completes Medical at St. Lukes.

September 13th - Annie is a huge success at the Embassy, SHE IS APPROVED!

September 20th - Visa in Hand, tickets purchased..

December 18th - Jumped on Airplane, Philippines for Christmas and New Year's.

December 27th - CFO Seminar Succesfully Completed

January 8th - Jumped on Airplane to USA together, Seattle POE, arrived home to Kansas.

March 14, 2008 - Married

May 19, 2008 - AOS NOA1 Recieved, Biometrics scheduled for June 18.

Verizon was okay. We moved to the area without Verizon service and had to switch to AT&T. It was horrible experience trying to set up a phone connection with AT&T.

Comcast is okay.

I have T-Mobile for years, very happy with it. And for TV, Direct TV. I had cable before and it sucked so bad that I switched to dish :thumbs: .

Other! although we were very happy with Directv, they screwed us when we moved to Nebraska, told us we wouldnt have to pay to have our service hooked back up...but they tried to charge us $199, hubby told them to eff off, after havin a 30 min arguement with the supervisor on the phone, so we went with cable...and they suck! hoping to switch to Dish network soon :blink:
