Am getting worry here i havent receiving my packet 4 yet.. My interview will just few weeks frm now.. to be exact November 7.. Is it possible to call the embassy and request or inquired about my packet 4

then have it printed out and call st. likes for packet pickup. its better to have an early medical. good luck

be sure to have a picture (2x2) with you. atleast 3pcs

when i was in this situation..i called the USEMbassy, informed them that i haven't received my packet 4 & idont feel comfortable already because my interview sched .

so i told them that im planning to take my medical in advance to the specified schedule & requested them if i can just claim my packet 4 in SLEC..they agreed..

though the next day, my packet 4 was delivered to us..

01/22/2008.....Date of two NOA1 (I-797C) for I-765-EAD & I-131-Application for Travel Document

[Received in mail last 01/26/07]

01/24/2008.....USCIS Chicago encashed our checks

01/28/2008.....Received NOA1 for I-485 though notice, dated 01/22/2008

01/30/2008.....Received Biometrics schedule, Notice date 01/25/2008

02/15/2008.....Biometrics Schedule

02/20/2008.....Confirmation of receipt of RFE (source:USCIS case online update)

02/21/2008.....touched

03/03/2008.....Issued I-512L, Authorization for Parole of an Alien into the United States

03/06/2008.....Issued EAD Card (Employment Authorization)

04/23/2008.....Received Interview Schedule

06/11/2008.....Interview Schedule - Phoenix, AZ

06/14/2008.....Received Notice for the Approval of AOS Application

06/16/2008.....Received Green Card.

thanks alex for the info.. i guess ill just give them a ring for my packet goodluck!!

St. Lukes is the best way to call to have the Packet 4 pickup personally. Find Sheriff Uling's profile, he got all the numbers to call. Follow ryza's reply above so your fiancee can have an early medical appointment and at the same time, use that opportunity to get a copy of Packet 4 there. Be sure she got her passport, 2x2 pictures and money for medical fee.

but i stil dont have my packet...

i am confuse on what to do...

please tell me what to do next...

i am feelin nervous...im just freakin out now...

hi am sorry to hear about ur packet 4. I already got my packet just last friday just 2 days ago before i found out my schedule of my interview. I phone loraine too inquired about my packet 4 and she told me they already sent my packet 4 .. which i got 2 days after i spoke with her. Goodluck hopefully you get ur packet 4 soon...

:unsure: Can we request for packet 4 pick up too for CR1/ IR1 at SLEC? I was already made aware of our interview dates however the information is not on the IV site yet.
