hello all,

please check the contents of our 751 application, as we hope to send it this weekend. any constructive and objective advice is very welcome. thanks, and best of luck to all!

• Copies of green card of immigrant spouse, along with NY State ID card of immigrant spouse and NY State drivers license of US citizen showing same home address

• Copy of (page 1) joint savings/checking account showing same home address.

• Copy of joint TD Ameritrade brokerage account showing same home address.

• Copy of US citizen’s 401k beneficiary summary showing immigrant spouse as beneficiary.

• Copy of immigrant spouse’s 401k beneficiary summary showing US citizen spouse as beneficiary.

• Copy of 1040 tax statement for 2006 and 2005, showing Married Filing Jointly tax return.

• Copy of cover letter from tax consultant who filed our 2005 tax return.

• Copy of health insurance card showing US citizen and immigrant spouse covered together by employer of US citizen.

• Copy of US Citizen’s group insurance benefits designating immigrant spouse as dependent for health coverage.

• Copy of 2007 Dependent Eligibility Audit Completion Confirmation (US citizen), verifying immigrant spouse as dependent and currently covered by US citizen’s company for health care coverage.

• Copies of joint car insurance statement showing same home address.

• Copy of immigrant spouse’s enrollment in TransitChek Program showing same home address.

• Copies of Social Security statements of both US citizen and immigrant spouse showing same home address.

• Copy of Apartment Management Office letter requesting occupants of apartment provide home and business phone numbers.

• Photos of us together over the past two years on vacation in various places.

Check made to Department of Homeland Security for $545

10/21/04 Sent I-129F package (Vermont)

10/23/04 USPS confirmed delivery

10/26/04 NOA1

11/16/04 NOA2 online, Petition Approved (15 business days)

03/05/05 Married in NYC. Honeymoon in Miami!

Timeline: AOS

03/30/05 Mailed AOS, EAD, AP to Chicago Lockbox

04/07/05 NOA's for EAD & AP

04/20/05 Biometrics for EAD

05/25/05 AP approval online

05/26/05 EAD approval online - still waiting for AOS noa

06/09/05 wrote to Missouri Service Center asking for AOS NOA

06/23/05 wrote to Sen. Schumer of NY state to ask for help getting the AOS NOA

08/04/05 finally receive AOS NOA - make biometrics appointment for Oct.7

10/11/05 AOS case transferred to Calif. service center

12/17/05 AOS Application approved! Welcome to the US letter arrives in the mail

12/19/05 Two Year Green Card arrives in the mail!

Timeline: 751 to Lift Conditions on Perm Res

10/13/07 Send 751 to VSC

10/19/07 Receive NOA1, extending Green Card for one year

08/27/08 Online Approval from VSC posted

08/29/08 Letter Approval from VSC received

09/09/08 Ten Year Card received

Sept. 2/08... Oath Ceremony

Sept. 5/08... Sent in Voter Registration Card

Sept. 9/08... SSA office to change status to "U.S. citizen"

Oct. 8/08... Applied in person for U.S. Passport

Oct. 22/08... U.S. Passport received

Apr. 6/05... DS-230, Part I faxed to Vancouver Consulate

May 26/05... K-2 Interview - APPROVED!!!!

Sept. 5/05... Entered U.S.

Sept. 7/05... I-485 & I-131 sent to CLB

Feb. 22/06... AOS Interview - APPROVED!!!!! (Passport NOT stamped)

Dec. 4/07... I-751 sent to NSC

May 23/08... 10-Yr. PR Card arrives in the mail

Mar. 22/11.... N-400 sent to AZ

June 27/11..... Interview - PASSED!!!

July 12/11..... Oath Ceremony
