YES lots of people have used them, i didnt but i know many that have & everything has gone just fine with them!!

I used it. I didn't have any problems. Everything worked exactly as he said. I also used the email route for Choice of Agent - NVS accepted it in two days and we didn't need to wait for the letter or send one back.

The NVC has received your e-mail inquiry. We are currently processing in the order of receipt. Please allow 3-5 business days for a response.

BUT TIL NOW I HAVE NO ANY ACCEPT INFORMATION. I HEARD OTHERS WHO USE E-MAIL LIKE YOU ALMOST EVEYBODY GOT IT IN 2 DAYS.

SHALL I WAIT ONE DAY MORE OR SHALL I CALL nvc ASK, OR SEND AN OTHER E-MAIL?

I send this mail to NVCINQUIRY@state.gov. But today I called and got a reply said changed address, and he said to send it again.He said make sure u include the case numbers,he is nice and helpful, he told me the new e-mail id, but i find it is same as the one i send to.AND I ALREADY INCLUDING THE FULL CASE NUMBER!

I feel so bad, my hubby already retired at the end of march and just wait for finish NVC process so he can come, now his coming have to de delayed again, I cannot help my tears....

What you may find is because of the automated system going down for a while, they were inundated with emails. I sent one around the same time as you (for different reason) and received the same response. I suggest sending it to them again. If you dont receive anything from them you, or confirmation of them receiving it if you call them, you will have to do this another way. Bears, are you the USC? If so it is your husband that needs to send NVC the email for Choice of Agent. Perhaps that is the issue. Also, have you received your copy of the DS-3032 Choice of Agent form yet?

Thank you for your reply, I am not USC,my husband is, so it is me to send out the choice of agent for my daughter's cr2 and myself cr1.

I send an other e-mail by an other id this mornign after get that reply, hope this time it works.

I got an same auto response mail as last tiem I got.

Yes, my hubby already got the AOS bill and the form 3020,but I stil get nothing. It is said NVC send 3020 to bothsides, me and my husband. I s that right?

Shall I wait for the 2nd e-mail be responsed in the future days or make 3020 by Jam's then mail it out?

I would use James shortcut if you are confident in doing that. The only other option is to have your husband fax the DS-3032 to you. It states on the instructions for the DS-3032 from NVC that the USC petitioner can fax the form to the beneficiary/applicant. You can then complete it and mail it to NVC. Your husband will have the address.

My hubby is sleeping now, won't disturb him, tom wil let him fax me see if it is same as Jame's hehe, hope this time will work.

I sent choice of agent information by email to NVC. They have not reply me for more than 5 business days, that is why I sent an email asking about status of my choice of agent. They replied me in five business days after second email.

If I were you I would send an email to them reminding about your choice of agent.

Thank for your information . I just send out 2 mails for cr1 adn cr2 to remind about our choice of agent. Got same 2 auto responds again. hope they will reply me in 5 business days.

Maybe I wrote 2 case numbers together made me fail. But I fell a little stupid to write 2 almost same e-mails to an address. The only diffrence is the case number and name.

Good news today!

Called NVC just now, NVC accepted both AOS 70$ & DS-3032, they would mail I-864 out in 2 to 4 weeks.

The call and e-mail finally works, and I guess the mail I send out the day before yesterday must still on the way to NVC.

When i email NVC they really replied3 to 5 days. Try to put your case number as your subject.. I always write this as my subject,.. INQUIRY on the status of MNL200658 - - - -

then i will write what i want to ask them. Then when they emailed back my questions are really answered.
