Does anyone know what happen to the K3 visa on the USCIS website?

Hello there,

I am checking and checking the USCIS website for the K3 visa, but they only show K1 visa not yet married. It worries me, because I still have no NOA2 for my 129f, and I can't go further with the paper work, as my kids are listed on this one and their own I-130 still pending! Did they stoped to process K3 visa?

They'll only show processing times for petitions they actually process. I suspect you're checking the wrong service center. You should be checking California or Vermont only, for an spouse or fiance petitions.

California and Vermont have both same.

Actually they removed the I129F for K3 (spouses/already married) from the processing timelines even for CSC and VSC. I sure hope they are processing them somewhere Obviously, no one knows why they don't show it anywhere anymore.

well i just checked it has 129-f for k-1 and when you file for k-3 you also file i-130.soif fileing for a k-1 do you file the i-130?? or is it both forms for the k-1. so if i understand there thinking ????? which is if fileing for a k-3 your form i-130 takes six months to approve and the 129-f there still working on march. i really dont know i only filed i-130 for cr-1 visa. so dont know how the k-1 works if it fileing both forms
